I will probably catch all kinds of grief for posting this here instead of where I originally posted it, but since Howard asked so nicely, and Laz opened the door to do so, here tis, such as it is.
I have had no problems getting my emails gratiously and in a timely manner answered. I don't understand why others have such trouble getting through on the phone or in getting email answered.

Just wanted to respond--generally--to your Q's of this morning:
First, Digitcom has retained a consulting financial manager to work along with our CPA firm and staff to manage accounting operations and oversee reporting, planning and etc. (The company has not added any new officers without letting you know!)
Second, from time to time management's expectations or planning indicate that special needs may arise in public, press or investor relations. It's on that level that we continue to take referrals or make informal inquiries of particular firms for future reference. I know that Jimmy or I have looked in a couple of directions in recent weeks, but no new PR firm is on the job as of now.
I hope that this addresses your questions for now. I hope that I'll be able to get something out publically soon that will "feed" the need for "something official from the company".
