I HAD IT EXPLAINED TO ME BY SOMEONE FROM THE BROKERAGE BUSINESS THAT IF YOU WORKED FOR A BROKERAGE AND EXPECTED SOME SORT OF HOUSE INVOLVMENT WITH A STOCK (IE. BUYOUT OR PLACEMENT), YOU MOVED YOUR STOCK TO ANOTHER HOUSE TO NOMINEES SUCH AS YOUR GRANDMOTHER OR SISTER.

TO SEE CANNACORD SELLING THAT MANY SHARES IN A STOCK THAT IS CLIMBING, THERE MUST BE SOMEONE ON THE OTHER SIDE WAITING TO BUY THEM.

THIS WOULD FREE UP THE HOLDER TO DO AS THEY WISH WITH THE SHARES WITHOUT WORRYING WHAT THE BOSS OR THE EXCHANGE WOULD THINK
