If Intel is able to change its image from a pure chip maker to a networking company, it will eventually command a higher PE and I can see the stock reacting to this. Also it seems a reasonable scenario that they will eventually try to set the standards in this area and integrate networking along with graphics and communications into the future microprocessor, providing it a logical growth track. I prefer this approach to growing into the motherboard business and competing with the box makers.
