Keep in mind that even though YF's price is at a 2 year low, there are more shares in the float now than before. $4.00 2 years ago and $4.00 today does not mean the overall market cap of the company is unchanged.

As for YF's depressed price, I think the market is rattled more so over YF's foreign earnings weakness, management fumbles, and the possibility that YF will overpay EPIE than potential accounting problems. In the grand scheme of things, the accounting changes if there ever are any would be small anyway.

It's how management handles PR, internal reporting (foreign revenue problems were happening for months without management's knowledge), and integration of EPIE and other aquistions that will determine how the stock does near term.

That said, I don't expect the shares can go much lower without the introduction of some new unexpected news. Still unsure of any quick turnaround though. Maybe in the spring???

The shorts must be all done with this stock now at least.
