Hmm now months later we have a lawsuit and the transfer of shares to a foriegn fund, <<

CSFB has not sold any preferred shares. They have converted about $150,000 and still hold the rest at an ammended conversion formula that is more favorable to Osicom. The shares were transferred from Castle Creek to the Orloff fund. Castle creek filed suit to try to prevent this transfer, not to provoke it. Other shares were sold by castle Creek to Charles Stewert, the COB of Aware Inc., a supplier of DSL technology.
