LOL - I know what you mean!

Here's the 11/5 release they're referring to:

go2net.newsalert.com

And here are my uneducated guesses tonight, for what they're worth:

Possibility #1 - they've got a buyer locked up for the Wisconsin location, and are planning to use the proceeds to take care of their 'indebtedness' and no longer want/need the prior financing they arranged - but they can't announce who the buyer is yet because the deal isn't formally executed yet. This, however, doesn't explain why GBFE felt the need to announce that this financing arrangement is now
null and void.

Possibility #2 - the financers took a closer look at GBFE's current situation and reneged, and we're in trouble unless the Wisconsin sale goes through pronto or they find financing elsewhere like, yesterday.

Possibility #3 - GBFE board/executives got some more detailed info about the terms of that financing they didn't like, and reneged.

Possibility #4 - a buyout in the works.

Possibility #5 - they're throwing in the towel and are going to file for bankruptcy.

Any thoughts?
