I agree with you that until there is news from Suncor this stock will lag or even decline as people get worried that the deal will not go through and jump ship with profits....the news which caused the initial spike in November around Thanksgiving (from 4 11/16 or so to a high of 6 1/2) was of the inclusion of monies in Suncor's budget for the project with a decision to go-ahead or not to be expected within "30 to 60 days"....well, we are less than two weeks away from the sixty day window...I bet it could fall back to 4 1/2 or so and then spike if the news is positive. We shall see...in the meantime, I am attempting to contact SPPTY somehow and have yet to hear back from SU about their plans. Mark
