And I had almost given up hope! Sorry to be so late in coming back to the party but I had all but given up hope in finding anyone interested in this little ol' stock. Guess I will have to pop in a little more often now! Now for a little news concerning an old Benz project in Mississippi.... Sources tell me that another operator other than Benz has been drilling around Oakvale Dome in Mississippi with quite a bit of success. A new well there is testing at a rate of 10 MMCFGPD after stimulation while the usually completions usually run 2-3 MMCFPD. Even with lower gas prices these flow rates can turn a nice profit!. I also agree (and hope) that gas prices should bottom out in the summer of 1999. Hopefully companies like Benz will have a real opportunity to acquire underevaluated properties from distressed operators or the "megamerger majors" at a very reasonable price just in time for the rebound.
