<From a christian point of view I'll say that Jesus was not political at all, but He lived in a different time.> How can you assert that Jesus was not political? Everything I have studied about him indicates that he was basically a leftist rabble rouser who was an advocate for the very poor and needy, did not discriminate against homosexuals or other undesirables, hated the domination of Rome, and that his rebellion cost him his life.
