Someone has a serious math problem. American BioMed is authorized to issue 50 million shares. It doesn't matter how bad a deal the convertible debentures might be if you believe in the future for this company. Try dividing $10,000,000,000 by 50,000,000 shares when you think about the potential of American BioMed. Ten BILLION DOLLARS a year. That's not a typo. That's a relatively conservative estimate of the Omnifilters potential. I can tell you that if ABMI continues to slide it will only be a better buy. We will all thank the shorters for giving us cheap shares. I'm looking to average down some more. Bring it on! Regards, Jeff
