wWildstar, I do not say he should be immune from prosecution for any crime you and I would, but not while in office, it opens the door to a lot of possible "harassment" indictment by disgruntled opposition. Let him stand trial after his term expires, unless it is absolutely necessary to stop the holder of that office in his track because not doing so (i.e treason and high crimes) may otherwise endanger the fabric of our form of government.
