It's not true that "anyone" can create imagined evidence, get the money and the representation to do that, and get it into court. This is an extreme notion quite detached from reality IMHO. Even rich enemies don't want to be associated with lies- and don't want be involved with elaborate plots and plans like common criminals. Even if they think they could get away with it they wouldn't often if ever do this, and they could never be sure of getting away with it even if they were willing.
