I see nothing "disloyal" about bailing from a stock when it dips.
In fact that is smart. I was long on fon for 6 months and its price was about the same as when i entered. I did make around 10k though dropping in and out. By the way if I didn't do that, I'd be up 12k with some pcs stock as a gift as well and no lost commissions too.
The difference is the freed up capital to go play others.
This is a complicated game
