If anyone doesn't like what's gone on here, you can share your thoughts with the nice people at the following numbers:
SEC (212)748-8375
New York State Attorney General's Office, Investor Protection & Securities Section (212)416-8222
At the time most of this stuff went on, FAMH was headquartered in New York and I understand that the people at the latter number are particularly interested in situations that may have been, shall we say, less than honest. Might be a good idea to encourage them try to obtain the answers that we seemingly cannot obtain from management.
If I were them, I would really take a good look at any insider transactions as the stock price rose as the result of the company's press releases.
All I know is that I, along with many of you all, invested a good deal of money in this company based on public representations of management; particularly those related to profitability, and specifically that related to .1085 (or better) earnings per share. As we know, this was grossly false and management has never provided any explanation; despite having had more than ample opportunity to do so. IF this has been a fraud, it is a crime and needs to be addressed as such. I don't know about you guys, but the thought of a creep, or creeps, laughing all the way to the bank and enjoying my hard earned money burns me up pretty bad. IF that has been the case, we should not let the creep, or creeps, laugh too much longer. Furthermore, IF that has been the case, THE CREEP, OR CREEPS, NEED TO BE STOPPED BEFORE THEY CAN DO IT AGAIN AND HARM OTHERS. |
