Jim, get real. Where is you data coming from? When Intel sells a product at a guaranteed speed, they are guaranteeing it will meet all the specifications published in the data sheet, and meet the reliability standards they guarantee. What are you claiming by your statements?

(I will admit that my 300mhz CeleronA is running in my system at 450mhz but I won't claim 98% will).
