I found the story on the IOM yahoo board, but no url was provided. I did a cursory search for the story but wasn't able to find it (on a side note, the techweb web site will absolutely not let me view it's pages - for some reason, I get "server did not recognize response" errors repeatedly).
Against my better judgement, I went ahead and posted the story (I should have at least linked to the yahoo post).

You will notice, however, that the writer is not Joseph F. Covar as was indicated on the original post, but Joe Wilcox.
