Your posts strike a resonant chord here. I am extremely frustrated by dealings with this group as well, having experienced Naveen/InfoSpace's duplicity first hand. Personally, I can't imagine an organization as disorganized and unscrupulous as this one amounting to much over the long run.

Presently we are being sued by InfoSpace in King County Superior Court to collect a nominal amount of advertising money. The irony is that that we withheld this money, in large measure, as our way of expressing our severe displeasure concerning InfoSpace's breach of a separate joint-venture agreement (we had advertised simply as a gesture of good faith at the outset of that other, now damaged, partnership).

Unlike PGP, we intend to enforce our contract rights to their fullest extent.

Thanks for the background information.

I'm curious about and hope to discover whether many other groups have developed similar grievance with InfoSpace...
