Larry: You seem very well informed about the company at this point. Could you tell us the following: 1. What is the agenda of this group? 2. How do you know it is not in the best interest of Naxos? 3. What agenda is in the best interest of Naxos? 4. What is the source of your information? You make very strong statements with little information presented. How can we evaluate what you say? The last agenda you supported was to sell Franklin Lake and invest in copper mines in Mexico. Please tell us more so we can decide what credence to place on these posts. Brad Mertz
