The FACTS are the c6 and Sharc products EXCEEDED marketings expectations for the year. The FACT is that the company's future is these products. The FACT is they were very successful in obtaining a strong c6 and Sharc customer base as evident by their 38 design in's through the first 9 months of the year. The FACT is they were first ship production c6 product and that the order intake pipeline according to the company is full. The question is not if but when will product ship given lead time necessary for non cots production.

In 1998 the company has transformed itself with an entirely new focus, their own product line, increased margins, and a global presence. The FACT is that 1998 laid a very strong foundation for the next several years.
