Mr. Zwebner, now that I have come back, I see that you still have refused to answer the questions. Let me ask one additional question here, outside of your bankruptcy you have never disclosed, outside of your failure to file 8K's for everything you've done, outside the fact that you newest member has legal problems, can you explain certain material I found on lexxus nexxus. It was interesting reading. Janice Shell has uncovered one other individual in this situation, maybe Janice could look into what I am talking about. LGCY shareholders should also have a right to information about certain affiliations you have. This could pan out to be very interesting as well. Also, why would Mr. Walker have a delay in delivering records on DCTC, is he supporting you, and your failure to yet again file other additional required S.E.C and NASD filings for the sale of restricted stock.
