Taf, Not surprising that the financial press reports stories like this considering their operations are dependent on broker ad revenue. Unbelievable they can be so one sided. If NASD wants to revise the rules, let them revise the rules. But I find the MMs creating the "trader scapegoat" extremely offensive.
