W.G. I guess it's just that I feel more comfortable when I have all of the pieces to a puzzle. In all honesty unless we have access to Corinex thinking we don't know what they intend to do. If we do have a time limit as to the restriction period we could have an idea when they are legally free to do what they want to do.

It is usual for a company reporting or not to tell its shareholders and the public how many total shares are outstanding, especially in the case of one that seems to be issuing shares periodically. To date with all of
the announcements we still have no idea of how much money has been funneled into the company by its worldwide distributor network either as franchise fees or advances on demonstration projects. If one of the previous posters was correct in his contention that ALYA now has at least 35 employees this cash infusion would amount to less than $10,000 per employee.

Perhaps the employees are compensated by stock in lieu of cash. In this case, I believe there is no restrictive holding period and this could account for selling pressure.
