Hi Hutch. Two different offers! One was an unconditional offer for buyout at $4.00..this is the offer that stands. The other ($5.50) was a conditional buyout that required the insiders tender their shares and support the offer. They (insiders) refused to tender their shares, making the second offer null and void......and a non-issue! the Chief
