I've been scratching my head since you asked about that movie yesterday. The second you mention the scene I remembered it. Very striking scene. I can even hear the sound of the engine (btw technical point I believe it was a V-1 not a V-2) as it cuts off and the wind whistiling as I start to fall. But I can't put my finger on the name. It's driving me nuts! Thanks a lot! ;)
