I believe that they have completed their 500,000 purchase. On 12/02 the trading volume was 428,300 and on 12/03 it was 63,800 shares. The only thing for certain was on 12/02 someone was buying. What interested me was if the buying was Mr. Kirsh and Mr. Even-Ezra, why didn't they space out their purchases and get a lower purchase price/share. The stock has been steady around $2.00 What was their urgency? I'm in agreement with the purchasers that the stock was undervalued and still is undervalued. My only disappointment was the failure to obtain the FAA approval.

I received the notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the mail. The meeting is scheduled for 15 December (next Tuesday). Hopefully, Magal will release some positive news.

If my calculations are correct (from shareholder notice), my estimate of the beneficial ownership is approximately 51%. Does this match your estimate? This number will now be higher if you calculate in the 500,000 shares that were/will be purchased.
