Please let us know about the inventory valuation. It still doesn't make a lot of sense, unless my estimates of raw die at 570k is way to high. If they sold 570K and the manufacture 570k, and they had 730k of old inventory which they replaced with new production, how could their inventory valuation drop by 50%? It seems to me it would go up.

I did notice a lot of interest in chip set designers, logic designers, and fpu designers. What do you make of this? Are the chip set designers for the tail end of the m2, or does this represent a ramp up of personnel for anothe project like M3, or a follow-on for gx? I noted a lot focus on FPU, which is needed. |
