Scooter: Keeping calling until they accept or deny it. Record all dates,times, details of your calls,who you talked to and what they said. Be prepared to send in a letter of complaint to their president, compliance (legal) department,and to the SEC. Often times the SEC will force the brokerage to review the situation and send a copy of it to you and the SEC.Good Luck at least they haven't blown you off yet!
