Hi<<< I saw your post about you wondering why anyone would buy the old line stocks with single or three letter stocks>>>> I forgot to mention the T and F and HD which were good to me in past stable years. We do not forget nice things and should not, but it takes an effort to forgo dividends on behalf of getting 200% through stock appreciation rather than 20% <<< asking me where to put their money.>>>> Any time you want to set up a fund with stocks like that you can have most of my money and I'll go travel or live on one of those tropic isles. But I am not buying those tech funds (index's?)being set up by the exchanges because they try to average out through di-worsification thus getting maybe 2 winners and three losers in the group. << <it's all coming together now right before my eyes.>>> Science is winning a few now, it will be hard to refute the space station when it can be seen overhead each day(or night) <<< turn my money over one year 20 times, next year maybe will not even turn it over once>> So you have hands-on experience with many stocks!. Clarifies a lot( you have to own them to really know them, like Dell)(G) I have 6 pages of stocktrades and paid $14k of options fees this year but the money only turned over <twice as it mostly stayed in Dell. <<< my broker thought I was nuts to ever sell it(f,c,t,wag))>>> Brokers need education too.
