TA is just a measure of market sentiment based upon current fundamentals. If the fundamentals change -- that is, if the story changes -- an uptrend can quickly turn into a down one. Today, the story changed on Ericcson. As an old professor once told us, fundamentals help you pick the stock; TA tells you when to buy and sell.
