Hi, Lou: In reading the old posts I missed that. Do you know where I should go to find some of the info? could you point me into the proper area as I must have missed that someplace. Also how much of a short intrest do you think there may be on this issue at the present time? Anyone think that may make a diffrence? There may be cash and or stock for the deal as that would not put a fincial burden on KHTC for the total in funds. Could there be such a buyout of 12 mill cash and say 1/4 premium of stock paid. I'm also having a hard time finding anything in writing that states the firm amount of 12 million... seems low from the standpoint of there world wide market touted by KHTC as $250,000,000 for a world wide sales market! Thank's for your help in advance. Jim....
