So Randy, Why in the world did you go for that other BOX???? DELL is the only way to go. Dorine I place an order for a Gateway computer 2 weeks ago. Got the run around on delivery date. Canceled and ordered a DELL 12/5, it shipped out 12/8. Nobody can offer that kind of service IMHO. Regards, RM PS It is a loaded 450mz with 21in. monitor. Bought with my DELL profits
