You should be ashamed of yourself for the arrogance and disrespect you so boldly and blatantly displayed upon loyal Gravis shareholders. Shareholders whom purchased the very stock Grant Russell sold his one-third position into in late December 1995-early January 1996 based upon reliance and representations made by his sister whom changed her name to Marilee Rush from Laura Russell and defrauded the shareholders along with her brother. Any you yourself, Mr. Fry, former director of Advanced Gravis and CEO of Aristotle Industries which Grant Russell acquired against the recommendation of other Board Director(s) of which Aristotle immediately entered into bankruptcy after hundreds of thousands of shares were issued to you and your Aristotle shareholders.

Mr. Fry, you certainly don't have much of a conscience coming into this site with your arrogance and obdurate selfishness and spewing your insecurities at shareholders whom lost everything, shareholders whom were retirees, Harvard Medical students, UGMA children for their college funds, wives, relatives, CEO's of major NYSE and NASDAQ corporations; relationships and reputations were taken down because of the same selfishness and arrogance you have just displayed to everyone you helped destroy and now are profiting off the sweat of their backs with your violations of corporate opportunity as an ex-director in re: your self-proclaimed self-dealing "...ViperMAX which is shipping on a worldwide basis with distributors in Europe..."...

Think about what you just did and are doing Mr. Fry. You should be ashamed of yourself Mr. J. M. Fry and you should be ashamed of Grant Russell and John Campbell, fellow directors.

They would each be behind bars if they were U.S. citizens.
