Vanguard is HQ in KC and that seems to be their main hub. Serve smaller midwest markets ie dubuque . Big news is that they picked up a major ad agency according to the Chi Tribune in Nov. Agency is Grant Jacoby in Chicago and article (George Lazarus column ) says experienced airline ad guys brought in to work on it. Starting to run print ads in Tribune and if increased ad visibility is good then maybe it will go up. Fell back down below 3 today. Could some people be expecting good quarter results from ads?
