What about the licenses? Does the company have all the necessary licenses and permits to sell wine in a national market? If not, the 23,000,000 prospective persons (hopefully the customer base of legal age) will be cut significantly and so will "projected" sales of $260,000. So far, Araldica is licensed to sell wine in one state, N.Y. and that is because of the GoldCoast acquisition which, according to Mr. Landi's statement, is in jeopardy. That cuts it even more. I see a potential of around $5,200. |
