Can I join the high mileage club? I have my daily driver, an 82 Blazer with 220,000+ miles and going(Third engine though). My previous car was a 62 Plymouth Valiant with over 210,000 miles (Hard to tell exactly as I drove it with a broken speedo cable for quite a while). My father got it new and gave it to me in '69 when it got "too old". It is now retired, restored to as close to original as possible, and only goes out on sun shiny days. I miss the fact that when something went wrong with it, it was easy to diagnose and fix. I also never had to worry about somebody stealing it for its looks. pat w.
