Howard, I get the impression that: 1) Digitcom's priorities are different from ours. (not necessarily a bad thing) and, 2) There may be some "positives" involved with having NOT filed yet. Sometimes I get the feeling that we are concentrating on one or two things that have "stuck in our craw" and are in the process, missing out on some other positives. Sure the SEC filing was a botched affair, and sure there isn't a ton of "easily found" information on Louis International...but, there is quite a bit of info out there on other things. Things that "confirm" DGIV, things that give us hope and things worth waiting for. Trouble is, people are giving up...and doing it at the wrong time. (IMO) Like I said...these are just "E!mpressions", and "E!pinions". Please don't flame me for them.. Have a great day! E'Lane
