Anyone Concerned about Delisting?

I'm under the impression that after Feb'99, small Cap
stocks will need never trade under $1 for over 30 days,
and must have a net asset value of 2 million in order
to avoid being delisted. How will this effect TSIG?
Will we need to do a 3:1 reverse split? Even if we
get the $1 share price somehow, then how will TSIG's
$30 million debt burden allow it to have any net asset
value? I don't understand how this actually works,
and was hoping you could enlighten us here, Thanks.
