d, today is the first day of trading in the "repricing" period for the $30 MM preferred ($15 MM face value and one share for share "options"). It will be interesting to see how friendly are the "friendlies". I'll be watching on the side lines and waiting patiently for an opportunity to jump back in. I hope you are right with your forecast of $17/barrel next year at this time. However, if those stories about an overhang of 300 MM barrels that was floating around few weeks back is correct, I am not that sanguine about the prospects of $14 or higher next year. Zeev
