For the record, the Holy Spirit almost totally conquers the lure of sin, and that instanteously, and usually for many, many years and with some, entire lifetimes.

Vaguely was used meaning that there are other systems which temporarily interrupt the worldly thinking and worldly activities, as you know. Temporary and useless, and usually through one playing mind games with one's self.

I am still writing a satire on evolution which has some very funny slams on meditation. You would howl. But that's from first hand life experience that I write of the funny side of human nonsense.
