I just did a review of some filings on Edgar. Last years 10Q wasn't posted on Edgar until Dec23rd, which means I'm not holding my breath anymore until Christmas rolls around. I expect something soon, but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. They may have wanted to report by Thanksgiving, but they're track record suggests another week or two. The 8-K/A filed in mid October revealed nothing to me that would bring into question the earnings estimate of .22-.24/sh for fourth quarter. Doesn't mean there won't be, but I'd say the odds are very strongly in favor of "no surprises". Side note: This is a relatively low volume trading stock, so any selling at all puts huge downward pressure on price (which we've just seen). I'm looking forward to the pressure on price to do a similar move upwards between now and February/March. GL all. Just my 2¢ on the delay.
