Mark,

I certainly sympathize with the notion that Naxos may have been in the position where it had to put out some good news. But the reason it is in that position is because of all the public false starts associated with releasing preliminary data in the past. It's like an alcoholic arguing that the only way to cure his dt's is to down a fifth of vodka. At some point management needs to make a break with bad business practices no matter how well intentioned.
