Dollar lower these days.
England talking of a rate cut.
Lay-offs all over the place.
Central banks need to re-inflate....and quickly !!!
Greenspan was too slow to lower rates in '89 and it cost
George Bush the '90 election.
I think he was too slow again and will have to lower rates
quickly again to get things moving.
Gold could pop very well in '99
