<< Your experience with the machinations of the Senate and the politics at work is as revealing as some of your other rubbish. >>

I guess we can all see that you have the xmas spirit! <g>

<< We can take it from your post that you wish to imply there is some ominous meaningful damage to the country for engaging in a Senate trial. >>

We need to focus this country on improving education, pollution, crime prevention, global warming, terrorist threats, decency, etc..... We don't need this obvious attempt by the Republicans to subvert the will of the people by trying to remove a democratically elected President from office.

The damage done? It may be more than you think.

<< You do this by spreading the WH spin story that it will divert the Senate from meaningful "business of the country" if they engage in an impeachment trial. >>

Is this the new Republican spin? That our Congress can't do meaning or constructive work, so why not bog them down fighting dirty politics? You forget, the Republicans are the majority.

<< The less the House and Senate do the better off we'll all be. >>

I guess that means that you like things just the way they are in this Country. Or, it means that you don't trust the Republicans to do a good job, since they control both houses.
