Exactly. They are in in business experiencing strong growth (LAN). They have good technology, as evidenced by their market share (35%-I/O devices), and a strong balance sheet.

Sound too good to be true? They compete with Intel (and other notables) and therein lies the story. Let's hope the PC market strenthens in '97, and we might look like geniuses in about a year.

On the other hand...
