LOL - Yup Paul I think about 8-12 months ago I got a Novell pen for attending a local seminar. So I guess me and 150+ other attendees could potentially be in violation for any rumours they heard from their Novell rep. and told someone else. The rep knows what he can and cant say to an outsider. I assume that anything I hear from a rep is something I can tell someone else (unless of course I was told to keep it confidential). It obviously isnt much of an insider trading issue when a company rep. tells an outsider that something might be happening and that outsider tell a public fourm and the outsider did not gain in any way whats so ever from the news (much less keep it to himself).

BTW - based on your rule: You are not a shareholder and therefore I have to ask, are your opinions and rumors your own or are you being compensated in any way to post them here?. How would this apply to the countless Stock Promoters within the juniors out their that are clearly paid to "promote" a stock. I would think that there would be a hell of a lot of Promoters in jail for being paid to promote their customer's stock. Prmoters may not be an issue with stocks like NOVL MSFT CSCO etc. but these promoters are all over in the Junior stocks. Maybe you should begin a crusade against all those evil stock promoters if you really want to do everyone a favour!

I've seen your long history with the legal system and based on that I can see this is a fun subject for you. I personally find it quite boring so if you want to keep chatting away on it, consider it to be a one-way conversation.
