The PR from NHTCC stated that the proxy was taken on DEC. 7th and on DEC. 9th a definitive agreement was signed. It shouldn't be long now... 13 million shares outstanding for a BB stock that's only .065c -2Million restricted 11 Million and I know David Sirks owns most of that LOL! M$ney
