Shane: **OT** Clinton will not be censured...either he will be impeached or not. And, if a impeachment vote is to be taken in the House and I believe it will...Clinton may be asked to resign by his party (hopefully some Dems will find some guts)...of course he has no shame...so who knows what he will do.

Remember, Nixon resigned before the House could vote, but after the Judiciary Committee voted to have the House vote on Impeachment.
