Barbara,

Well, we have been waiting a long time to hear this proposal. I view this as REALLY positive. I think these companies have nice synergy. Obviously, so do they and the major investors or this wouldn't be happening. I am looking forward to accepting. Hopefully, the convertibles will be cleaned up by then. I believe that GBIT's stand on convertible holders registering with SEC was and is an excellent one. GBIT is currently profitable and IGHS looks like they are heading in that direction. Together, I see them doing even better.
Of course this is just MY opinion. I welcome other people's opinions.

Stay in the Black! jimS
