To all: Here is a correction - Company Press Release Correction -- Brush Creek Mining & Development In SFW013, ''Brush Creek Mining & Development Announces Special Shareholders' Meeting,'' moved earlier today, we are advised by the company that the 10th graph, first line, should read, ''8. A proposal to acquire U.S. Cement for 3.3 million shares of Brush Creek Stock at $15 per share,'' rather than ''8. A proposal to acquire U.S. Cement for 10 million shares of Brush Creek Stock at $5 per share,'' as originally issued.
