Do we have sources substantiating the roughly 20% to 30% service revenues per installed laser you cite?

No. Just a WAG regarding the percent (30% is too high). Cymer no longer splits out service from original sales. Bob Grutza may have some notes from old conference calls. I know the number is very significant, and Akins implied the margins are obscene.
